This is a dream journal. Dreams are very important. I feel that it is the time when my mind is allowed to really think about things and understand them. I also think that dreams channel some sort of "other" level of thinking and knowing. There have been several dreams I have had that involve people, that have come true. I try to just write down the events and images in the dream. A lot of times they become material for artworks. Such as the battery-eyed monkey.
