Think in pictures. Colors, shadows and shapes invoke emotional response. This is what my pictures are trying to do. Thoughts as images, words in the language of colors and shapes. The concepts are categorized by the thoughts they are trying to express.

Some of the images are just images, they do not align themselves with a thought or philosophy. You can view them by all or by series.

The series are ideas or themes for the work : War, Blake, Female as Icon, Fruit and Bones, Hills, Political Science, Botanical and Rusty Metals. To categorize by all : Other for photographs, and other art, such as video or collage, that may not fit into the preset categories. Sketches are infant drawings. Sculpture shows my found art pieces (Rusty Metals series). Painting is the newest media, I am learning how to manipulate the paint - pretty mushy compared with colored pencil! Drawing contains colored pencil drawings, my main media for many years.
